Meet Our Executive Team
Chief Executive Officer Anisa Aven founded TurnKey Coaching Solutions because of her
desire to see the benefits of professional and personal coaching
experienced by more than just the elite and the wealthy. She has
devoted herself to the study of human potential, the principles of
conscious success, and the evolution of the social
entrepreneur. A successful coach for over ten years,
she is also an expert in the Law of Attraction, a prolific author, a
popular radio talk show guest and public speaker, and a serial
entrepreneur. Anisa has been featured, translated, and published
internationally—so much so that a Google search on her yields
more than 18,300 hits! She has been called “one of the
world’s top manifestation experts”. “Quick
Manifesting Morsels”, Anisa’s weekly online eZine”,
has more than 20,000 subscribers from around the world.
President Mina Brown is an experienced, insightful executive coach, career consultant, and seminar leader. As a former senior executive with more than 20 years in large corporations, she offers the unusual and powerful combination of hands-on business experience coupled with sensitivity, intuition, and communication abilities. Mina is a poised, animated, and articulate public speaker and has published several articles on leadership, financial management, and careers. Her new book, BE SHARP: "Tell Me About Yourself" in Great Introductions and Professional Bios, will be available by December 2008. She is the National Career Transitions Coach for 6FigureJobs.com and holds numerous certifications in diagnostic instruments and learning tools. She is a member of ICF and a founding member of CoachVille and IAC. Mina is a CPA and holds a BBA from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Chief Coaching Officer Lynn Banis has devoted over thirty years to the development of
human and organizational potential. She is recognized for her
clarity of thought, ability to ask deep questions, and business
acumen. Whether Lynn is working with individuals or groups, she has
been instrumental in guiding them through complex, often difficult
situations. In addition to executive coaching and performance
consulting, Lynn is a talented instructional designer, researcher, and
tele-seminar leader. Lynn holds a PhD in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MS in Counseling, and an MS
in Administration and is a graduate of Corporate Coach U. Lynn
was a founding member of ICF’s Internal Coaching Special
Interest Group. She is also past-President of the American
Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Southeastern Virginia
Chapter and was a member of its Healthcare National Executive
Committee.
