With over 15 years as a corporate team leader, group advisor, and coach, Debbie is now adding a coaching dimension to her marketing consulting and strengths-based training portfolio.  She has a natural expertise for planning and building and is known for her even keel and keen listening skills.

Debbie holds a BS in Marketing & Business Management from Ball State University.  She is an ICSC Certified Marketing Director (CMD) and Certified Trainer for Marketing Directors. She has also earned the Highest Award for Achievement in the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program. Her passion for competitive sailing complements her professional accomplishments.

In addition to her passion for sailing, Debbie loves helping others navigate through the somewhat choppy waters of work and life.
