Rodger Blaker is a Professional Certified Coach with a nationwide practice that includes business owners, executives and senior managers as well as individual business owners and professionals such as attorneys, CPAs and financial planners. Most of his coaching is by phone, working with individuals and occasionally groups. He also works with companies and professional organizations by conducting workshops and seminars. He’s passionate about helping people clarify objectives, maintain focus, improve communications, develop structure, and reduce stress to maximize opportunities.

As a former vice-president of a major financial institution, Rodger was responsible for leading projects to implement business operation and system change in support of executive and senior managers’ strategic plans.  He has twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry with specific experience in Project Management.  He worked for large corporations where he supported his business clients in developing strategies for enhancing their business - through operations and technology efficiencies. Often, his responsibilities included coaching and mentoring clients, coworkers and members on his staff, although it wasn’t called “coaching” at the time.

Rodger is a graduate of CoachU’s Certified Coaching Program, and he is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the ICF of North Texas where he holds the position of Treasurer. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). 

One of his non-coaching passions includes leading medical teams, dentists and support people to Brazil each summer to bring medical and dental care and other essentials to the local people living on the Amazon River.
