TurnKey Coaching Solutions Coach Contractor Application

 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a TurnKey Coaching Solutions' coach contractor.

There is no cost to you for applying or becoming an approved TKCS coach.  If, at some future date, you are assigned to a coaching project that requires liability insurance, you will be asked to provide proof of insurance at that time or you may decline the assignment.

This application has four sections:

  • Section 1: Personal Information
  • Section 2: Professional and Coaching Qualifications
  • Section 3: Coaching Preferences
  • Section 4: Additional Biographical Information

This application takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.  In section 4, you will be asked to provide links and or files such as your bio/resume, and any additional audio/video samples that you would like to share. 

This section is optional.  You may begin the application process, save your information and then return to complete any sections at a later date.
