What
is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative relationship that provides clients with
feedback, guidance, and insights from an outside vantage point.
Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help
your members produce fulfilling results in their personal and
professional lives.
Professional coaches are trained to listen, to observe, and to
customize their approach to each client’s needs. A coach will
advise, guide, encourage, and provide structure with positive
accountability. The coach will help the client clarify their
goals and reach them more quickly than by themselves.
A coach is NOT a consultant. It is not necessary for a
coach to be an expert in your field to be an EXPERT COACH.
Successful coaching recognizes that your members already have the
answers somewhere inside and will draw out the client’s own
awareness to build their own solutions.
A coach challenges your members go beyond their self-imposed
limitations, examine what assumptions they may be making, and move
beyond their current paradigms. Coaches simply ask their clients
to do more than they would have done by themselves. [top]
Is this the
same as counseling or therapy?
Coaching is NOT THERAPY or COUNSELING! Coaches are careful to maintain
a clear and clean distinction between their coaching and therapy.
Coaches focus with their client on life and work issues from the
perspective of “where are you now” and “where do you
want to go”. Therapists, on the other hand, delve into clinical
analysis, generally from a historical point of view, and focus on
diagnosis and treatment. Many therapists may use some coaching
techniques and vernacular, but coaches may not cross the line into
therapy — a licensed and regulated profession. If a coach
observes the appearance of a mental health issue, he or she will be
equipped with referrals to an appropriate psychotherapist or mental

What would a
coaching program consist of?
A coaching program can be designed and customized to meet your
membership’s objectives. Many large-scale membership
programs are designed around a three-tier model:

Basic: A 12-month coaching
package which includes two half-hour individual one-on-one coaching
sessions per month with an expert coach
Intermediate: The Basic package plus one
group coaching session per month. Groups are usually limited to 6-8
clients.
Premium: The Intermediate package plus
additional custom designed teleseminars or teleclasses delivered
one of our professional trainers or someone on your staff.
Additionally, this package allows you to include any unique online
support tools and merchandise to tantalize your clients to purchase
the premium coaching package.

How
much would I charge my members?
You set the price of your coaching programs. Only YOU know
what your market will bear and how you want your coaching programs
designed. We have a wide variety of coaches with varying levels
of expertise, qualifications, and compensation arrangements, thus
allowing us to support you in creating a program that is very
affordable and also customized and unique.
Retail package prices for similar existing coaching programs
vary widely from $225 to $1000 per month. [top]
How
is the revenue or profit shared?
After accounting for all associated operational expenses, including
the payment of our contract coaches, the net revenue will be shared
according to a mutually beneficial formula that will be agreed upon at
contract signing. We are confident that together, we can create
a satisfactory financial split that incorporates your objectives and
level of desired involvement as well as our contributions to the
program’s formulation, marketing efforts, administration, and

How
does it work? What are the steps involved?
Upon contract agreement, we launch into our 5-step process that makes
it easy for you to offer personalized coaching packages.
- Discuss Objectives and Critical Success
Factors: Your Program Manager will need to thoroughly understand your
goals for the program and discuss "what success looks like"
as part of the initiation process. During the meeting, you’ll
want to communicate any tools or other resources you are willing to
offer as part of the process.
- Design Coaching Packages: Depending on the
program you select, we will work together to create the marketing,
sales, contractual, administrative, and quality assurance processes
for the launch and delivery of your coaching program.
- Select Coaches and Message Introduction:
Based on your program’s objectives, we will select a team of
professional coaches who will be initially assigned to the
engagement. These coaches will be invited to participate in a
specially designed introduction process, which might include a few
teleseminars and a selection of your support materials. We are
not attempting to create “your message
experts”—it’s NOT necessary or even beneficial for
a successful coaching experience. As additional coaches are
recruited in the future, they will be provided with the
audio-recording of the introduction teleseminar and the materials, or
a new introduction process can be delivered as your program
evolves.
- Sell Coaching Packages: You sell your
customized Basic, Intermediate, or Premium coaching packages on your
website, via teleseminars, or through any other customary marketing
method.
- We Deliver Coaching: Your
registered members will experience the life-changing

What resources
do I have to provide?
We seamlessly integrate into your existing business model. Typically,
your expenses for marketing, website integration, and other resource
materials are minimal—they become tasks for your existing web
and human resources personnel. If desired, we have a web design
company that can work with you for a reasonable fee. In order to
generate a cohesive message and become intimate with your brand, we
will need copies of your current PR, marketing, and branding
materials. We also invite you to share any relevant content or
background information that can be used in teleclasses we conduct for

Will it be branded to
my site?
We offer both co-branded and “private label” options. The
co-branded option promotes our collaborative partnership, and thus is
our clear preference. We can also design and manage a private label
option which integrates seamlessly into your brand, and we become the

Who will collect the money?
This will be negotiated. You have the option of collecting and
processing the payments internally or TurnKey Coaching Solutions has
contracted with a premier processor to automatically bill, report, and
electronically process payments. Revenue/profit distribution and
administration details are adjusted accordingly. [top]
How
are refunds or charge-backs handled if a customer isn’t
satisfied?
We are very confident in our coaching services and anticipate minimal
refunds. In fact, we offer an unconditional, 30-day Money
Back Guarantee for all new coaching clients. As part of our quality
control process and commitment to customer service, our first priority
is to determine why the customer isn’t happy. We will do
everything in our power to rectify the situation, including assigning
a new coach if possible and offering additional coaching

coordinate the refund processing with your team according to the terms

match coaches with clients?
TurnKey Coaching Solutions matches clients with the most appropriate,
highly qualified coach using our custom-developed, proprietary

and success. We send a “Welcome Interview” form to
new clients. Based on the information collected, we select

First, our coaches are carefully screened when they apply to be a
TurnKey Professional Coach, and they meet or exceed our high standards
for qualifications and demonstration of excellence in the field of
personal and business coaching. Then, our proprietary matching process
matches clients with the most appropriate, qualified coach. And,
lastly, our pro-active quality assurance process throughout the
engagement includes regular requests for client feedback and feedback
from you and/or your team. This provides an effortless way for
clients to express their level of satisfaction without the risk of
hurting the coach’s feelings. All feedback is immediately
evaluated, and appropriate action is taken to guarantee your and your

Can you
provide teleseminars?
As we explore what will stimulate interest in your coaching
program, we may find that offering personalized teleseminars or
teleclasses will aid the sales process. Our expert coaches and
trainers can conduct targeted, content-rich and supportive, high-touch
live events such as teleseminars, teleclasses, or

What
is the difference between a teleseminar, a teleclass, and a webinar?
A teleseminar is a lecture style, telephone
seminar. Participants call into a telephone bridge line
(“telebridge”), enter an access code, and listen to a
seminar offered by the teleleader. A teleseminar can have hundreds or
even thousands of callers listening to the lecture. The number
is only limited by the telebridge “seat” capacity.
A teleclass is much more interactive and
intimate. Once connected on the telebridge, participants can be
more personally involved and openly discuss questions of interest with
the teleleader. The maximum size of a teleclass is about 20 to 25
participants. Teleclasses can be a single event or a series of
sessions delivered over several weeks.
A webinar is conducted online using
the internet and the participant’s computer for visual and audio
delivery. Participants can follow the slide presentation and the
leader’s real-time engagement on the screen which makes is a
more powerful teaching medium than just an auditory teleseminar
experience. While the participants can interact with the
presenter through instant messages (“IMs”), it’s not
as interactive as a teleclass. [top]
What
happens if a client wants to continue coaching, but discontinue their
membership?
Even if your member discontinues his or her membership in your
program, TurnKey Coaching Solutions continues to process automatic
payments for their coaching program. Correspondingly, you will
continue to earn revenue from the coaching throughout the completion
of their current coaching commitment. [top]
What
kind of commitment do I have to make? How long is my commitment?
TurnKey Coaching Solutions is willing to invest a great deal of human
capital in the exploration and development of an expert, customized
coaching program for your members. Therefore, a 24-month engagement is
recommended with specific milestones and objectives be agreed upon
prior to roll-out. This time period gives the program a chance to show
real benefits and to capitalize on “word of mouth”
marketing benefits. Of course, the minimum commitment period
will be dependent on the type of program you select and your initial
